The Ansonia Nature Center's Annual Autumn Festival is Just Weeks Away

The Ansonia Nature and Recreation Center invites the community to its annual Autumn Festival on Saturday, October 18, 2025. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., rain or shine, and offers free admission to the park for everyone.

Full Day of Family Fun

The festival, hosted by the Friends of the Ansonia Nature Center, Inc. (FANCI), is packed with attractions for all ages, including:

• Food trucks
• A petting zoo
• Animal shows
• Pumpkin painting and face-painting
• Raffles
• Crafts & Games (including free children's games)
• Vendors

The Nature Center has noted that horse-drawn wagon rides will not be available this year.

Supporting the Event

The Autumn Festival is sponsored in part by the Friends of the Ansonia Nature and Recreation Center (FANCI) and the City of Ansonia. FANCI is a non-profit 501c3 organization that supports the Nature Center's staff, programs, and vision.

The Nature Center is currently seeking donations of raffle items to help support the event. If you wish to donate, drop items off at the Nature Center's address: 10 Deerfield Lane, Ansonia, CT.
