Memberships Available!

The Health & Wellness Fitness Center is available to those over the age of 16.  Equipment available:  3 Treadmills, 1 Recumbent Bike, 3 Ellipticals, 1 Nu Step cross trainer machine, 2 Upright bikes, Lat Pull Down machine, Leg press Machine, Leg Extension machine, Flat bench with dumbbells, Incline bench with dumbbells.  The Center is now open:  Monday-Friday: 9:00am-12:00pm; Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 4:00pm-9:00pm; Tuesday & Thursday: 6:00pm-8:45pm; Saturday & Sunday: 8:00am-12:00pm.

Girls Summer Basketball Camp

Amity girls’ basketball Head Coach, Nick Dottori, in conjunction with the Woodbridge Recreation Department, will be offering a weeklong girls basketball camp this summer from June 19-23 from 9am-12pm at the Amity High School main gym.  Register by May 26th for a free T-Shirt.  To register online, please scan QR code or for more information on the program, please email nickdottori@gmail.com or recreation@woodbridgect.org

High School Summer Basketball League

Woodbridge Recreation will be offering a High School basketball summer league on Thursday nights from 6:00-8:00pm at the Center Gym from June 22-August 10.  The cost is $50 per player.  A minimum of 20 players are needed.  To register online, please scan QR code or call the Recreation Office at 203-389-3446 for more information.
