On September 10 the Garden Club of Woodbridge had the first meeting of the season, "A Gathering and Plant Swap," at a member's delightful home. The club's new president, Debbie Schlegel, opened the meeting by inviting all on hand to partake in the scrumptious lunch.

Michael Dow MSPT/CEO of Amity Physical Therapy was just awarded the 2024 Silver Pioneer Outstanding Alumni designation. Dow graduated from Sacred Heart 25 years ago, and the award recognizes “an alumnus who has reached a 25th milestone reunion year and whose life has been exemplary.”


Junior Girl Scout Troop 60865, based at Beecher Road School, has successfully completed their Bronze Award project, a significant achievement that demonstrates their commitment to community service. The troop's project involved creating a Calm Space for the 5th and 6th grade students at the school.
