Letter: Celebrate Independence Day Safely with Ride-Share Options

Independence Day is quickly approaching. Families are preparing for a weekend filled with fireworks, cookouts, and lasting memories. As we put on our red, white, and blue this Fourth of July and raise a glass to this beautiful country we call home, Anheuser-Busch and Dichello Distributors, INC ask that you leave the keys behind if your plans include drinking.
Before the fireworks are lit and you take that first sip, plan ahead for a safe ride home. Drunk driving and boating are 100% preventable, and choosing a safe ride is a simple act that helps protect the people of Connecticut. Together, we can ensure our communities remain safe and that the celebrations can continue with friends and family.
Over the last 35 years, Anheuser-Busch and its network of independent wholesaler partners have invested more than $1 billion in community-based programs and initiatives to prevent underage drinking, impaired driving, and other harmful uses of alcohol.
